Works best with
Pocket cloth diapers, including most newborn and one size pockets, with long inserts made to be stuffed into the pocket. It is not made for very thick folded prefolds.
The suction cups grip best on smooth surfaces like glass, tile, or a polished counter. They may not hold on wood or textured surfaces. No smooth surface? Skip the suction cups and use InsertPal on your lap, on the couch or in bed.

How it works
Four simple steps
Like any new tool, it can take a couple of tries to get the motion down. Then it just clicks.

Attach the suction cups
Press one suction cup onto each leg of the base, then set InsertPal™ on a smooth surface.

Line up your insert
Hold the base and lay a flat insert along InsertPal, with a little over the top. With Resnug inserts, slip the top into the lock in pocket.

Slide the diaper on
Slide your pocket diaper over InsertPal from the fabric side, not the waterproof PUL side.

Pull straight up
Hold the base, grab the top of the diaper, and pull up. The insert comes along, flat inside the pocket.

Is InsertPal™ really worth $39.99?
If you cloth diaper for a couple of years, you'll stuff thousands of pocket diapers. InsertPal works out to around a penny per diaper, and it keeps working for every baby after that. It's also included free in our Deluxe Bundle.
Does it work with all pocket diapers?
It works with most standard pocket diapers. Fit may vary slightly depending on the brand and the size of the pocket opening.
Does it work with newborn pocket diapers?
Yes. InsertPal works with most newborn pocket diapers, though very narrow pocket openings may vary by brand.
What inserts work with it?
Long inserts made to be stuffed into a pocket work best, including every Resnug insert. One insert at a time is easiest. A thick insert plus a booster can be a snug fit. It is not made for very thick folded prefolds.
Is there a learning curve?
A little. It can take a couple of tries to find your motion. Some parents gently bunch the diaper up, like putting on a sock, before sliding it over.
Where can I use InsertPal™?

Been waiting for the insert pal to release for so long and was so excited when it finally came In the mail! I put off stuffing diapers an extra day so I could use it on my whole stash and it was amazing! It is a game changer with stuffing pockets! It makes stuffing diapers more enjoyable than it already was (I actually love doing diaper laundry and stuffing) I also love that I don’t have to take my ring off anymore to stuff them! This is an amazing product! After I figured out what works best for the covers I have, which was rolling them up like a sock and then putting them on the insertpal it worked great! I actually put diapers away now 😁

Super helpful
Such a smart design and makes doing the diapers so much quicker! A couple things I’m struggling with, the suction does not stay on the table which makes it hard to complete the job. It is pretty tough to get two inserts in it but doable with a little extra help. Overall I do recommend this product :)

Been using the InsertPal for a week now and stuffing diapers has gone from my most dreaded chore to actually... easy? lol. Took me a couple tries to get the motion down but it's really intuitive once you get it. Now everything goes in smooth and flat every single time. Laundry day is so much faster.

Insert Pal has been amazing, literally cut my stuffing time in half. Took me a couple times to get comfy with it then bam! Now husband can help too.
Works great, but I find that the inner edge is pretty sharp and it tears up my finger when inserting the insert. Also the diapers I use get stuck when I'm stuffing them where I have the rise snapped at but that could be user error.
