Insert Pal™ is a first-of-its-kind, patent-pending tool designed to take the frustration and struggle out of stuffing pocket diapers. Instead of fighting tight diaper openings or dealing with inserts that bunch and twist, Insert Pal™ glides them into the pocket smoothly and evenly every single time.
This innovative aid turns a tedious, time-consuming chore into a quick and effortless task, making it easier for anyone in the family to help with the diaper laundry. It’s specifically engineered to reduce friction and ensure a flat, comfortable fit for your baby without the need for constant adjustments.

Like any new tool, Insert Pal™ may take a couple of tries to get the technique just right. Once you get the motion down, most parents find stuffing pocket diapers becomes much faster and smoother. Insert Pal™ works best with pocket-style cloth diapers and long-form inserts designed to be stuffed into the pocket.
First, remove your Insert Pal™ from the package. There will also be four small suction cups in the box. Carefully remove each from the plastic and attach suction cups to the base of the Insert Pal™, one on each leg.
While keeping one hand securely on the base of the Insert Pal™, take a flat diaper insert and line it vertically with the Insert Pal™. Secure diaper insert into the Insert Pal™ in the middle. There will be a little bit of the insert over the top of the Insert Pal™.
Next, slide your pocket diaper over the Insert Pal™ completely. Always makes sure to glide it in, from the fabric side, and not the PUL (water resistant lamination) side. Fabric side will make it slide in smoother and you will always want to protect your diaper's PUL.
To remove the diaper with the insert, grab the top of the diaper where you slid it onto the diaper insert with one hand while securely holding the base of the Insert Pal™ at the bottom. Pull the diaper and insert straight up.
