Refund & Return Policy

At Resnug™, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cloth diapering products, we have specific guidelines in place to protect the safety of our customers and their children.


Returns & Eligibility

Insert Pal™ (Non-Absorbent Accessories)

Non-absorbent accessories such as Insert Pal™ may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cloth Diapers 

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cloth diapers, diaper inserts, or other personal care items, except in cases of manufacturer defects or fulfillment errors.

This policy follows industry standards for reusable baby products.

To be eligible for a return related to a defect or error:

• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
• The item must be unused, in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Please contact us at support@resnug.com within 30 days of receipt, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Approved cases may qualify for:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact us at:

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted


Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.

If a return due to a defect is approved and you would like a different item, the fastest option is to:

  1. Complete the approved return process

  2. Place a new order separately


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return:

  • We will notify you of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@resnug.com
