How to Use Insert Pal™

First, remove your Insert Pal™ from the package.

There will also be four small suction caps in the box. Carefully remove each from the plastic and attach suction cups to the base of the Insert Pal™, one on each leg.

While keeping one hand securely on the base of the Insert Pal™, take a flat diaper insert and line it vertically with the Insert Pal™. Secure diaper insert into the Insert Pal™ in the middle. There will be a little bit of the liner over the top of the insert.

Next, slide your pocket diaper over the Insert Pal™ completely.

To remove the diaper with the insert, grab the top of the diaper where you’ll also feel the diaper liner with one hand while securely holding the base of the Insert Pal™ at the bottom. Pull the diaper and its insert straight up.
That’s it! Flat and smooth in seconds.
